ARLINGTON, TX (September 16, 2026) – The United Football League will be represented by 44 players on active rosters or practice squads for the second week of the 2026 NFL regular season.
Several UFL alumni made an impact during the opening week of the NFL season as Detroit’s Tay Martin (Columbus Aviators) earned high praise and game ball from Head Coach Dan Campbell for his three-tackle performance on special teams against the New Orleans Saints, while Chicago elevated Kaden Davis (Houston Gamblers) from its practice squad, and he rewarded the team with a fumble recovery on the punt coverage unit against the Carolina Panthers.
In addition to Davis, long-snapper Mitchell Fraboni (Pittsburgh Maulers) was elevated by the Denver Broncos, while Denver linebacker Dondrea Tillman (Birmingham Stallions) opened the season with six tackles and 1.0 tackles for loss.
Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jalen Redmond (Dallas Renegades) had four tackles, while wide receiver Kevin Austin, Jr. (Birmingham Stallions) was elevated from the practice squad by the New Orleans Saints.
