Spring football has a proven pipeline to the NFL, with 44 total UFL alumni currently on NFL rosters. More than 110 former UFL players spent time with NFL teams during the 2026 NFL preseason, further showcasing the league’s growing pipeline to the NFL.
Since 2020, the modern era of spring football has produced more than 70 UFL-to-NFL alumni. This includes players who parlayed standout spring campaigns into NFL active roster opportunities later that fall, highlighting the league’s ability to develop talent and provide a pathway to the next level.
