• Was signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an UDFA following the 2022 NFL Draft. 
• NFL experience includes being on the practice squads of the 49ers (2022) and New York Jets (2023).
• Started his college career at Hutchinson CC as a fullback, before transferring to D-II program Lenoir-Rhyne, where he later converted to an offensive lineman. After two seasons at Lenoir-Rhyne, Poe transferred to Mercer for his final season where he earned All-Conference honors in 2021.
