  • Began coaching career with the Carolina Panthers as an offensive assistant and later wide receiver coach. 
  • Coached with the Panthers through Super Bowl 50. 
  • Served as wide receivers coach for the St. Louis Battlehawks in the XFL.

  • Father of three children: Alex, Austin, and Blake. 
  • Son Austin Proehl played at North Carolina and is a professional wide receiver. 
  • Founder and operator of Proehlific Park, a sports performance and training facility.
